   Order a granite plaque

   Visit MemorialsLAB to place your order. Select the 6" × 6"stone size, then fill in your loved one’s name, dates, and any quote you’d like included. Upload a photo — a clear, high-resolution image works best.

   Ship the plaque to us

   Once your plaque arrives, ship it to the address below. We will place it in the garden.
